What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the time the merchandise is received by the client. The item must be in the original condition when it was sold and clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Custom made orders are not returnable. If there are any issues with your product, I will be happy to work with you to resolve it. I offer beautifully made leather accessories. I value your continued business and would like to make products that you are happy with.
